Guatemala March 2023: Day 2

Day 2 of Clinics

We started our day by taking a launcha to Rio Benito, a remote village where they only speak K'iche. We had to hike in which was breath taking. We helped about 62 people with tons of children. There were even identical twins. We saw some infections and swimmers' ear today. it was super-hot out. On our way back on the boat, we went around a castle and decided to finish the day off at the hot spring and waterfall to cool off and relax. We came back to the hotel and had dinner then went out for some ice cream and sat in a small park with seesaws.
