Guatemala 2021: Day 6

Today we saw 144 people at Creek Castula. They spoke K'chie so it was a little more challenging for the team. Fortunately, the team is getting more comfortable in Spanish so they could communicate with the interpreters. On way home, the truck carrying the nurses stopped and pulled over 3 times as it was making very unhappy noises. When we asked our driver, he said it is “no problem". We were not so sure but we made it home. This evening several of the team members wanted to experience the boisterous church service in person that we had heard all week so we went to the local church. They were very welcoming. We were thoroughly and very, very, very loudly blessed.
